REVIEWS 

As of December 2012, Abo Nawas was ranked 60th out of 71 hotels in the Marsa Alam area. Opinion on the hotel was divided with 43 per cent of reviewers ( 54 out of 126 ) rating it as either "very good" or "excellent" and 41 per cent ( 52 out of 126 ) rating it as either "poor" or "terrible".  There were positive comments about the spacious rooms and the friendly and helpful staff.

As of December 2012 Holidaycheck gave Abo Nawas an overall rating of 3.9 out of six stars, down from 4.1 in May with the best scores for rooms at 4.2 ( down from 4.5) and service at 4.1 and with the lowest scores for gastronomy at 3.8 ( although this had improved significantly from 3.4 in May ) and sport and entertainment also at 3.8.

"le camere sono esageratamente ampie e molto pulite (mi hanno raccontato che le hanno appena ristrutturate)"  Translation - The rooms are extraordinarily spacious and very clean ( they told me that they had just been renovated. )

"le camere sono pulite e veramente spaziose e carine...i ragazzi delle pulizie gentilissimi e per la mancia di pochi euro vi fanno trovare gli asciugamani sul letto trasformarti in simpatiche forme..." Translation...The rooms are clean and truly spacious and nice....the housekeeping guys kind and for a tip of a few euros you will find the towels on the bed turn into amusing shapes.

"Wczasy w tym hotelu to poprostu rewelacja!!! Jedzenie bardzo dobre, obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Wszędzie bardzo czysciutko, przepiękne rafy koralowe, kolorowe rybki, a przy brzegu widzieliśmy nawet żółwia. Napewno tam wrócimy!!!" Translation - The hotel was a great discovery!!! Food very good, room service of a high standard.  Everywhere very clean.  Beautiful coral reefs, colourful fish and we even saw a turtle on the shore.  We'll certainly go back there!!!
